Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Zakaria, the solo founder and developer behind HaulStats.
I built HaulStats after looking at how many parts of a trucking operation often live in different places — dispatch, driver communication, fleet tracking, expenses, inspections, maintenance records, proof of delivery and invoicing.
I wanted to build one platform where a trucking company could see and manage the operation from one place.
HaulStats currently brings together live fleet tracking, dispatch and driver assignment, trucks and trailers, driver and asset monitoring, real-time alerts, built-in driver chat, inspections with photos, driver expenses and receipts, maintenance monitoring, customer payments, proof of delivery, invoices, receipts and operational reports.
The web platform is live today. I'm also building the HaulStats Driver mobile app to connect drivers directly with the fleet operation for tracking, inspections, expenses, PODs and communication.
I'm still early, and that's exactly why I'm launching here.
I'm currently giving trucking companies free early access with no credit card required. What I need most right now is feedback from real users.
If you work in trucking, fleet operations, dispatch or logistics, I'd really appreciate you taking a look.
And I have one question for the Product Hunt community:
If you were running a small trucking fleet, what's the one workflow you would absolutely expect a platform like HaulStats to handle?
Thanks for checking out HaulStats 🙏

honestly looks like it covers a lot already, but having a mobile app that drivers can use to update their status and upload documents on the go would be huge. like a lot of these platforms are desktop-first and that can slow things down when you're actually out on the road

@bekirggcf thank you for the feedback , and yes , today will launch the mobile app for android :D , so our drivers can be happy logging their tasks and followup on their payments and also upload receietes & capture inspection details with their camera

Would love to see a fuel card integration or at least an import for fuel transactions, feels like that gap could really round out the expense tracking side of things.

@mirahmlk it is already integrated so that owners and drivers can keep full track of fuel consumption

Would love a quick-load fuel price widget based on the driver's current location, pulling from a free API so drivers don't have to type in the price per gallon after every fill up. That alone would save our team a few minutes per stop and keep the IFTA reports more accurate without extra effort.

@ilkerh20701 the way it got set is to actually get percentage of fuel instead , however your comment may just adhere on an enhancement to the app , so thank you
