Hi everyone, Thanks Jane for hunting us, much appreciated :) We are an AI-based lifestyle company with creative products based on behavioral science, backed by AI, to improve the mental health of people. Happiness19.com is our first product, the one we designed to help people develop self-happiness skills in crises. It’s based on a simple idea, imagine your heart as a cupboard full of different mason jars, one for joy, one for health, one for adventure, and …. Everyone, every day, takes basic ingredients from these jars and makes their own version of happiness. Each person has their unique recipe, if they are not happy, it's not because they don’t have the recipe, it’s because some jars are empty in their cupboard. In hapiness19.com, during a 25 days program, we teach people how to keep their jars full. Every day we contact them and send them what they need to here that day, something like: Playlists Inspirational videos Motivational designs Printable materials ... At the end of 25 days, they will form a habit of taking small, positive actions every day. We did a pilot launch last month and it was very well received by people from different countries, now we are introducing happiness19 on Producthunt and I would be really happy to hear your feedback.
