Hey Product Hunt Community, I'm excited (and honestly, a little nervous) to finally share something I’ve been quietly building: HappiLoop. This started from something I kept seeing on websites — “Leave a Review” buttons linking to Google or Yelp, but with no way to know whether the customer was about to leave positive feedback or vent a bad experience. That little gap stuck with me. As an independent software engineer, I’ve spoken with a few business owners who feel stuck when it comes to managing online reviews. Happy customers rarely leave one unless prompted, and negative feedback often shows up publicly—before the business even has a chance to respond or improve. HappiLoop is a simple tool that flips that script. It helps you ask your visitors for feedback at the right moment, in a friendly and timely way. Then it route satisfied customers toward public review platforms like Google and Yelp. It also helps you learn from unhappy customers by collecting private feedback It gives you basic analytics on where the users are coming from, what device etc. You can get started by creating a campaign for your website and adding the script in your web page. Looking ahead, I’m also working on making HappiLoop even more accessible in physical spaces — like restaurants, clinics, and retail shops — by turning it into a QR code you can place at your reception desk. This way, customers can scan, provide feedback instantly, and you still benefit from smart routing and private insights. My goal with HappiLoop is to make customer feedback less stressful and more helpful — especially for small teams and independent businesses who don’t have time to chase down reviews or manage damage control. If you’ve ever struggled with reviews or felt blindsided by unexpected feedback, I’d love for you to give HappiLoop a try. And I’d really like to hear from you: What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to collecting feedback from your customers? Thanks for checking it out. Let’s make feedback something that actually helps — not hurts.
