Also makes a good gift. (sidenote: the how long used question isn't very relevant for a book...)
Pros:The 5 tips actually work. They were highly effective in calming our son. The evolutionary reasoning also makes tons of sense. win win.
Cons:I didn't feel there was enough content for a full book, so it felt really repetitive. The 5 tips are the big takeaway.
