These guys are currently limited to DC and Boston areas. Happening brings the Tinder swipe to events. You can see what's going on in your area (assuming you live in these cities), who else is interested, buy tickets through an Eventbrite API, and invite your friends over text/email. Event discovery is pretty crowded, but the engagement of the swiping is pretty nifty.
