Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built hanger issues because every weekend me and my friends spend forever deciding where to eat and I was over it 😤 Solo built it in Adelaide with Claude as my vibe coding partner. love that there's no signup, just clicked and it spun up a random spot near me. the chaos level felt kind of perfect honestly, would actually use this on friday nights.
Love that there's no signup, just opened it and it gave me a restaurant straight away which is basically the whole point. Tried the roulette mode and it picked something I would have never chosen myself, weirdly tempted.
The no signup instant thing is great, love that frictionless vibe. One idea though: a quick filter to exclude specific cuisines or dietary stuff like gluten free or halal before spinning would save us from landing on places we already know we can't do. Would make those chaotic rolls way more useful without losing the spontaneity.
honestly love the no-signup approach, super smooth. one thing though, it would be cool if you could save a shortlist of spots you actually liked from past spins, kind of like a personal "been here, want to go back" list so the roulette could subtly favor them sometimes. would help with places that hit well but you forget to revisit. anyway cool project from adelaide
