HandyQuote turns a plain English job description into a branded quote your customer can accept in one tap. It drafts from your own rates and never invents prices. The quote goes to your customer by text, you get notified the second they accept, and it follows up automatically if they go quiet. Built for solo handymen, not crews. $19 per month flat, first month free.

Typed in a rough job description and it pulled the right rates from my saved list without padding anything, that part actually works. The text-to-customer flow is slick.
@mevlthyusukb7g Thanks for actually running it against your own rate list, that is the exact bar I hold it to: your numbers, never padded. Glad the text flow felt smooth. If anything felt clunky along the way, I want to hear about it.
A flat $19 is great for solo guys like me but one thing that would seal the deal is letting me set a small deposit percentage right inside the quote. Customers tap to accept, drop the deposit on the spot, and we are not chasing checks for the other half on job day. Would also help me tell which leads are serious.
@bulemomyl This is the best feature idea to come out of the launch. A deposit at the moment of acceptance kills two problems at once: no more chasing checks, and the serious customers sort themselves out from the tire kickers. Payments are on my roadmap as HandyQuote grows, and a deposit percentage on the accept step is exactly the shape I would want it to take. Thank you for laying it out this clearly.
The "never invents prices" part is a nice touch, way too many tools hallucinate rates. One-tap acceptance by text feels like exactly what a solo guy needs.
@semanurdoajenk Thanks. That was a hard rule from day one: it only drafts from the rate card you set, it never guesses a number. Speed is worthless if the price is wrong, so the AI handles the writing and the handyman keeps the judgment.
