This was what I ended up getting my wife for Christmas. I spent a lot of time looking for options for my wife, who has caught the foodie bug in recent months, and this was the only one I found that seemed to be 100 percent focused on encouraging adventurous cooking. There are a ton of fascinating options available as packs in here, including Spanish tapas and hand-made pasta. These packages come with interesting cooking gadgets and well-considered seasonings.
The price point ($47 per month) is also petty good considering what you're getting.
