@ouzhan1998466Β That's right, friend. I often find cases where CS stays up late at night just to respond to complaints. There are also quite a few similar services that offer very expensive prices just for chatbots which I think are not very advanced.
The handoff from AI to a human teammate feels really natural here, way smoother than the clunky chatbots I've bounced off of before. Keeping the knowledge base replies grounded in actual docs is a smart touch, makes it feel like a real operator console and not just another bot dressed up.
