[Serious Issue] Hailuo AI (by MiniMax) fails to deliver promised quality for paying subscribers.
As a yearly subscriber (UID: 423282121430593538), I've been unable to generate stable 1080p videos after 4+ weeks of support emails. Video quality randomly ranges from 699 KB to 4.8 MB due to forced "optimization" that cannot be disabled in UI.
Multiple messages via email and LinkedIn (including public comment on their company page) have been ignored for 3+ days.
Not recommended for professional use (e.g., Adobe Stock) until quality control is fixed.
