The app is inspired by a motivational system from the "Atomic Habits" book. It's based on the idea that you save money for things you want to buy, by, for example, skipping an unhealthy snack. I thought it could be taken further, and basically, we can assign value to any habit, and make that an extra motivation to do those habits, or get rid of some (you can either add or subtract the assigned value).
I have been using it for over half a year already myself, and it helps me not to buy things compulsively, as I tell myself I need to earn them. And by doing that, I develop more and more habits! I thought it was worth sharing with others, so I managed to publish it, and now I wait for some feedback.

How exactly do the points convert into real rewards — like is there a fixed rate, and can I actually cash out or is it more of an in-app thing? Curious if this works with any existing habit apps I already use.

How do you actually prevent people from just setting super easy habits to game the point system and unlock rewards way faster than intended?

It's a self reward system. You just let yourself buy a thing when you collect points. It's up to the user to set the currency, which lets them collect rewards.
