I noticed that I was asking myself the same 7 questions every day to understand how productive and energized I was based on my core habits (i.e., sleep, drinking, etc.). After logging enough entries on paper, I figured I would turn it into an app that integrated into my workflow - without the annoying notifications like other habit tracking apps. Now, whenever I create a new tab in Chrome, I'm presented with a cool background animation and the ability to log my mood and habits whenever. There's no bells and whistles or streak counters for your habits. Just the ability to export your entries into Google Sheets or Excel where you can get a high-level overview of your entries.
