Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built GymiaFit because generic workout apps kept failing me — static PDF-style plans, no adaptation, and training alone gets boring fast.
So I built the app I wanted: an AI coach that generates a plan around your goals and equipment, adapts when life happens (machine taken? AI suggests a swap on the spot), and makes training social — you can run live squad workouts with friends, join challenges, and climb rankings.
Everything is tracked automatically: sets, reps, rest timers, body progress, even nutrition via AI scanning.
It's free to start, on Android now (iOS coming). Would love your feedback — especially on what would make you switch from your current fitness app. Ask me anything! 💪

how does the squad workout actually stay in sync if one person is on dumbbells and another switched to a cable machine mid-set?

@sudekuruye87wa There are two workout modes: Own Pace and Synced. In Synced mode, two people complete the same workout together—one person logs the exercises on the phone while the other performs them(exercises are saved on both profiles). If they decide to continue separately or work out independently, they can switch to Own Pace mode and each person log his exercise.
