GymHunter is a global fitness marketplace that makes it easy to discover, access, and connect with gyms anywhere. Built with convenience in mind, it simplifies the experience for users while giving gyms the tools they need to manage and grow.

The year is 2026 - there's a standardized platform / global service for whatever one could want.
Seeking transportation? Uber.
Need housing? Airbnb.
Food? Takeaway.
The list literally goes on and on.
What about going to the gym, though?
What if I'm a gymbro who wants to pay online, the same way I pay for a Netflix subscription?
What if I'm a gym owner who wants to receive online payments in a predictable, automated, structured 21st-century manner? What if "I" want to manage all critical business operations in a modern fashion, using software specifically built for the task - as opposed to using something like excel, or god forbid writing down details in a notebook ?
The first time this idea spawned in my head, I was both shocked and surprised to learn there's pretty much nothing noteworthy out there. Nothing to fill in this gargantuan gap in the industry that I just became aware of.
Thus, the founding concepts behind what I now call GymHunter were born.
What started as a simple self-proposal of building a standardized discovery + digital payment platform for fitness centers later evolved into its organic conclusion:
An E2E solution for handling all fitness center - customer interactions.
Customers can find gyms in their country, in their proximity ( location-based ), or globally if they wish to. They can leave reviews, they can send DMs, and most importantly, they can pay whatever gym they want 100% digitally - either in singular payments, or in an auto-renewable fashion ( depending on the specific plans exposed by the gym) - just like with any other digital service.
Besides that, they can also request cash purchases, so that even if they don't pay online, their monetary interaction with that gym becomes an entry into their personal 'logs'.
For gyms, the pool gets deeper.
Besides the obvious listing and the payments functionality we've already discussed, the main keyword for describing the gym management functionality is CLARITY. Convenience is the secondary one.
From revenue analytics over time, to automated reminders, to manual outreaches, to every single detail about any particular client or transaction: GymHunter exposes who did what, when, in what manner - all in a digestible format.
It's been 1 and a half years since I embarked on this journey of building what feels like will be my life's defining work - the mission I naturally gravitated towards given my specific set of experiences, talents, interests, and ambitions.
The road was anything but glamorous, though. Writing code every day for 8+ hours for almost 2 years was anything but easy. It wasn't supposed to take this long, of course, but as the product vision and my understanding of the 'problem' expanded, so did the time horizons.
Throughout the daily duress of doubt, the constant cycle of seeking an idealistic, unattainable optima through iteration, and the repetitiveness and monotony of it all, there were only 2 things that kept me going:
The first one was the thought that I was onto something. There's no single clear, arbitrary indication as to whether I'm right or wrong, but I just have this profound gut feeling that I am on the right path, somehow.
This is slowly starting to sound more like a blog post than a product description but fuck it, I might actually turn this into a blog post.
The 2nd one was the cold, cosmic clarity provided by working out. I sometimes think of it as a post-nut clarity on steroids.
(yes, i just found out i can paste pictures in here)
Throughout my darkest moments and my lowest of the lows, no matter how dire the situation, putting my body through self-induced torture has never, not even once, failed in giving me an "it's gonna be fine" type feeling.
So, even if we disregard the compounding positive effects of regular exercise, such as better sleep, better diet proclivities, improved self-esteem,
The sheer therapeutic impact of just one rigorous workout session is, by all measurable metrics, very potent.
My own positive experiences have been a massive factor in reinforcing the belief that I've embarked on a meaningful endeavor.
How much different would the world be if everyone worked out regularly?
Now that I've finally reached the arbitrary finish line that was defined by my stubbornness, the actual race begins.
GymHunter's mission is simple:
Build the digital layer of the fitness industry - and in the process, create a global codex of training facilities and redefine the way customers and gyms interact with one another.
