GutLedger started because every IBS and FODMAP tracking app I tried wanted me to create an account, sync my food and symptom data to their servers, and either nag me for a subscription or sell my data to advertisers. For something this personal, that didn't sit right. So I built the version I actually wanted to use: - Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no analytics, no email asked for. - Log food, symptoms, stool (Bristol Scale), mood, sleep, meds and water in seconds. - Trigger analysis after a couple of weeks of data surfaces the foods and patterns most associated with your symptoms. - Guided FODMAP elimination diet with a structured reintroduction phase. - One-off Pro unlock for the analysis and elimination tools. No subscription, no ads, no upsells. Built solo for iPhone and Android. Pay once, own forever. Works on a plane, and if you delete the app your data goes with it. Would love your honest feedback, especially if you've tried other IBS or FODMAP apps and felt they were doing too much (or asking too much).
