We run an agro processing unit and distribute to 120+ dealers across Maharashtra. Every morning our team was manually forwarding daily rate updates and stock availability to each dealer group on WhatsApp — same message, 120 times. It was taking 1.5–2 hours and we were still missing groups.

GUPO solved this completely. We connected our existing WhatsApp number (not a new bot number — our dealers already know our number), selected all 120 groups, and now the morning broadcast goes out in under 3 minutes. The AI composer even helps draft the message in Marathi which our dealers prefer.

Delivery tracking is the feature I didn't know I needed — I can see exactly which groups got the message and which failed.

Pricing is reasonable for a small business. The 7-day trial was enough to convince us.

We looked at three options before GUPO:

WhatsApp Business App — has a built-in broadcast feature but caps at 256 contacts and doesn't work for groups at all. Useless for our scale.

WATI / Interakt — these use the official WhatsApp Business API, which requires a verified business account, a dedicated new number, and costs ₹3,000–8,000/month minimum. Our dealers don't know that new number, so message open rates would drop. Setup takes weeks.

Unofficial bulk sender tools — we tried one briefly. Got our number flagged by WhatsApp within 10 days. Not worth the risk.

GUPO was the only option that worked with our existing WhatsApp number, required no technical setup, and was priced for a small business (not enterprise). The fact that it's built specifically for the Indian market — Hindi/Marathi support, INR pricing, groups-first design — made the decision easy.
