Guild Orbit brings chat, tasks, approvals, and team visibility into one place. Instead of switching between Slack, Jira, and endless meetings, your team can collaborate where the work actually happens. Use Magic Commands to create tasks, assign work, or request approvals in seconds, while managers get a clear overview of projects, progress, and overdue work from a single dashboard.

I'm excited to share Guild Orbit with you today.
The idea came from a simple problem I kept seeing in growing teams.
Conversations were happening in Slack.
Tasks lived in Jira.
Approvals were somewhere else.
And managers still had to ask people for updates every day.
We wanted to build a workspace where communication and execution happen together.
With Guild Orbit, you can chat, create tasks, request approvals, and manage projects without jumping between different tools. We also built Magic Commands, which let you perform common actions with simple commands, and an Admin Console that gives leaders a quick overview of what's happening across the company.
We've spent a lot of time making the product simple and fast, and we'd genuinely love your feedback.
If you have questions, suggestions, or ideas, I'll be here all day. Thanks for checking us out!

honestly the magic commands sound super useful, but it would help a lot if they worked with voice or at least let you create recurring tasks with custom triggers. like i want to be able to say "/weekly standup" and have it auto assign the same prompts each monday without me typing it out. that would save so much friction for our team.

@ferhat148502 Great advice, it will remove lot's of manual burden for recurring actions. Would definitely try to build in the next update. Great advice once again🔥

A solid consolidation play, would love to see calendar integration so meetings, deadlines, and approvals show up right alongside the chat and tasks without bouncing to Google or Outlook.

A native time-zone friendly "focus hours" view would be huge for distributed teams. Basically, if someone assigns a task, Guild Orbit could suggest due dates that fall inside each assignee's local working hours rather than their calendar time. Would cut down on late-night pings and make async collaboration feel less chaotic.

Anyone who is manager of a team, or owner of a startup should definitely try the Admin Console feature(you can get overview of your organisation in just 2 mins, without the need of any update meeting)
