We built Guild Manager because guilds run on four or five Discord bots and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Attendance lives in one bot, DKP in another, the roster in a sheet, and every raid night starts with someone asking which one is current.
Guild Manager puts rosters, applications, activities, loot and analytics in one app and keeps Discord as the front door. Roles sync both ways and respect your hierarchy. Officers use slash commands for everyday tasks. Attendance can come from a one-time snapshot of who is in voice. Loot runs from a quick /roll to a full bidding auction with an audit trail.
Each game gets its own setup. WoW Forever, Aion 2, Throne and Liberty, Star Citizen and Warborne have their own fields, roles and rules. We also say what a game does not need. Aion 2 rewards are personal, so we tell legions they almost certainly do not need DKP and should use scheduling, attendance and composition instead.
Try this first: connect a Discord server, create one activity with RSVP, then run /track-activity during a voice session. That is the loop most guilds stick with. If you play WoW Forever, the talent calculator in Forge is free and needs no account.
