Hey Everyone - Thanks for checking out GuestLog. Governments across the globe are obligating restaurants and other businesses to collect a piece of contact information from their visitors. It sounds great, but in reality, this is hard to execute. Most businesses have resorted to keeping a paper log of every guest that comes in the door, with their check-in time and contact info. This has it's issues, what do you do if you need to hand this information to the government? How do you ensure that your visitors contact information is kept safe, and doesn't end up in the wrong hands? On top of all that, it’s a pain for staff, and a pain for visitors. That’s why we created GuestLog — a smart way to log visitors that’s easy for the business, and the customer. When a restuarant signs up, their get their own unique phone number, when guests text their name to that number, GuestLog stores that information for 30 days, then it is automatically deleted. If an outbreak occurs, logs can easily be exported from GuestLog to provide to the proper government authorities. We hope that we can make this pandemic a *little* more normal.
