Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built GuestIntro after helping a friend who was still printing a 20-page binder no guest ever opened. There are two things in here: The guest manual is free, forever, for one property. Paste your Airbnb link and it builds itself from your listing - WiFi and door codes, house rules, appliance walkthroughs, local recommendations pulled from Google Maps, a printable PDF, and an AI assistant trained on your property that answers guest questions at 3am so you don't have to. It AI translates into 9 languages, and when you change something once, every guest sees it instantly. The direct booking site is the part I care about more. Airbnb takes ~15%. A Direct Booking Site gives you a real website on your own domain, an availability calendar that syncs from Airbnb, Booking.com and your PMS over iCal so you can't get double-booked, and payments through Stripe Connect that land in your own account in about two days. We take 0% commission - you pay standard Stripe card fees and nothing else. It's deliberately not a PMS. Most hosts don't need one. They need their guests to stop asking about the WiFi, and they need a way to stop renting their own customers back from Airbnb every year. 450 + hosts are on it so far, and it's made in the EU.
