I really like the idea of this app. Limit the time to take a pic and move on with your life. Makes you just accept that you took a pic instead of retaking yo get that ‘perfect’ photo. #oldschool. I like it!

Nothing new here, I've seen apps doing this years ago. Even some taking it to the next level where you had to pay around $10 to develop the pictures and get them delivered before you can see them (WhiteAlbum, hunted here 2 years ago https://www.producthunt.com/post...)

I love the idea of forcing you to think about the limited amount of photos you have in your roll to take. It forces awareness and will be a hit with the prosumer photo crowd.
