gud CRM keeps the work before a client says yes clear: ideas, researched targets, contacts, opportunities, conversations and the next useful action. Choose a focused single-offer setup or a flexible service-business workspace. Capture opportunities and updates by voice, use optional AI coaching and connect Codex-compatible assistants through MCP. It is open source, self-hostable and designed to feel useful without traditional CRM bloat.
Hi Product Hunt — I’m Paolo, maker of GUD CRM.
I built GUD after years of watching useful sales context disappear between spreadsheets, inboxes, notes and heavyweight CRMs. Small service teams don’t usually need more fields; they need a clear answer to three questions: what opportunities do we really have, which deserve attention, and what should happen next?
GUD gives that work a focused home. You can explore market ideas, research targets and contacts before outreach, move real conversations through a visual pipeline, capture updates by voice, and ask an on-demand AI coach for a grounded next move. It supports both a focused single-offer sales model and a flexible service-business model. It also exposes an MCP connection so Codex or another compatible assistant can help research and update the workspace—with the user still in control.
The project is MIT-licensed and self-hostable. The live demo uses fictional data. AI and email enrichment are optional, and you bring your own providers.
I’d love feedback on the core idea: can a CRM be genuinely helpful without becoming the work?
