When I was in Sweden, I first encountered a similar product which only worked with institutions called eduSign. Being impressed with their technology, I had a strong urge to implement a similar software but better and more generalized. And thus GSIGN was born. GSIGN differentiates itself from other digital signing platforms in some core ways: 1) It offers a standardized way to sign. A digital signature should not be having a custom picture or a random scribbled image but user identifying and authorization institution information. (as in eduSign). 2) The user should not be identified by their email or GSIGN but rather by their institution or company which has their identities and can therefore authenticate them. 3) A user should be able to easily share through QR or Send requests: --- Sequentially -- Where hierarchy of the signatures matter. --- Parallely --- Where multiple signatures are required. 4) Provision for actions after all signatures are done. It is important to be able to expand the application once all the signatures are done. In GSIGN these are called as workflows. And can be saved. 5) EASY verification. This is again inspired by eduSign. A signature should be very easily verified and should not be dependent on how tech saavy the end reader is. With all these in mind and a lot of insight into real world feed back I created GSIGN :) .
