Vendors run group buys for categories card processors won't touch — and get paid directly by Zelle or PayPal F&F. We handle the storefront, the order pipeline, and receipt review. Flat fee per buy. No monthly. No % of sale. No chargebacks.
Hey Hunters — Himanshu here, maker of Group Buys.
The origin story: I kept watching vendors in niche communities run group buys out of spreadsheets and Discord
threads. Every one had the same shape — collect interest, hit MOQ, take Zelle or PayPal F&F payments, ship in a
batch. And every one had the same problem: card processors won't touch these categories, so vendors are stuck
cobbling Google Forms + Sheets + DMs together.
Group Buys is the storefront for that workflow.
• Vendors publish a buy → set MOQ, deadline, variants
• Buyers reserve slots, pay the vendor directly via Zelle or PayPal F&F
• We run the catalog, the order pipeline, the receipt-review queue, and buyer comms
• Vendors pay a flat fee per buy. No monthly. No % of sale.
Categories we host: the ones Stripe declines and Shopify boots you for. We don't touch money — the vendor
verifies their own receipts in our admin. That's the whole trick, and it's why this works where a normal
storefront can't.
Genuinely want feedback, especially from anyone who's ever tried to run one of these on a Google Sheet. Roast
the UX. Ask anything.
