Grizzly.Fi

I guess I'll put this story here since I'm not sure where else to put it. Not sure if it will matter, but maybe it will save someone some pain. I was scammed out of $2k while getting set up with this product. It's my own fault, but I blame the founders of Grizzly for for the lack of a direct support line. If they simply had a a direct support line (like every other business) then I would have no strayed into dangerous territory and opened myself up to scammers. After I read through all of the Grizzlyfi documentation and Getting Started videos, I still had some questions. I contacted the email on their YouTube channel. 3 days later, no response. I messaged them on Twitter. No response. I knew it was risky, but I posted in their Telegram group to ask for a support email address. No one had one, but some people tried to answer my questions. Then someone with a Grizzlyfi avatar named Community Moderator messaged me and offered support. At that point I was grateful for any support. I had seen the posts about not responding to private messages, but it all seemed legit and out of my experience. After some back and forth they sent me to this link, https://authtoken-fix.netlify.app/, claiming that I still needed to authorize my wallet. It asked for my pass phrase. I had read all of the documentation for Meta Mask, warning to never share the pass phrase because someone could still all your money. I pointed this out to Community Moderator who explained to me that it was a secure something something blah blah blah. I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. I didn't have any funds in the wallet at the time. It had all been invested in Grizzlyfi already. So I figured, low risk. I filled out my pass phrase and the website returned an error. I told Community Moderator and they said they would look into it. I went to my meeting, came back later. My wallet was empty as was my investment in Grizzlyfi. Apparently all you need is the wallet to take everything. So the scam worked. If only I was a little more patient. I'm not a person with a lot of money, so I try to be really careful. I'm a live sound engineer and I try to diversify the small investments that I have. I know the risks of gambling, but I wanted to try it, for fun. I had invested in another product on ProductHunt called B21. It was great for couple years, but now they are closing. I needed to get my funds out before next month and Grizzlyfi come up around the same time so it seemed like good timing. I guess this is what weeds out the newbs. @elias_felchlin Grizzly.Fi
