Every team has a Google Sheet nobody else dares to touch. Gridlark gives it an app: dashboard, search, guided forms, and Approve and Mark done buttons. The sheet stays the source of truth, and formulas are never overwritten. The app is plain Apps Script in your Google Workspace, so your data never passes through us. No AI: written rules propose every field, each with its reason, and the same sheet always gives the same app. One price per organization, never per seat. One live app is free.

Hi Product Hunt, Liam here, maker of Gridlark.
I've always found myself in roles with responsibility for security and compliance, where I own the registers behind an ISO 27001 certificate: risks, assets, suppliers, training.
In a lot of organizations these typically all lived in shared Google Sheets, and the sheets were fine until more than three people had to use them. Someone pasted over the score formula. "Done", "done" and "Complete" became three statuses. Before every review I rebuilt the summary by hand.
Every fix meant moving the data to a new tool, retraining the team, and paying per seat for people who log one thing a month. I wanted the opposite: the sheet stays exactly where it is, and everyone who isn't a spreadsheet person gets an app on top.
That is Gridlark. Point it at a Google Sheet and it builds the app: a dashboard, searchable lists, guided forms, and buttons like Approve and Mark done. The app is plain Apps Script, published inside your own Google Workspace. Edits land in the sheet within seconds. Formulas are shown, never overwritten. Rename or move a column and the app follows it.
What makes it different:
- Not one cell moves. Your spreadsheet data never touches our servers. The builder runs in your browser and talks to Google directly, and Google's sharing and admin controls still decide who can do what.
- No AI. Written rules propose every field and show their reason. The same sheet always gives the same app, and nothing is sent to a model.
- One price per organization, never per seat. One live app is free.
Try it now at: https://gridlark.app/demo.
It runs in your browser with sample sheets, no sign-in. For your own sheet, request early access and we'll build the first app with you on a short call. A Google Workspace Marketplace listing is in Google's review queue.
Two honest limits: Google Workspace only, and built for registers and trackers of up to a few thousand rows.
Which spreadsheet would you turn into an app first, and what would stop you?
Any questions, just ask :)
I'm happy to go deep on OAuth scopes, how columns survive a rename, or what happens when two people edit the same record.
