Hey Product Hunt 👋 Our team built Gressio to solve a problem we face every day. We work with large enterprise clients, which means our calendars are often packed with meetings. A lot gets discussed, and everything is still fresh in our minds right after a meeting ends. But by the time we actually get to the work—after back-to-back meetings, lunch, a coffee or bathroom break, and everything else—it might be hours, or even days, later. At that point, retracing exactly what happened can be painful, even with meeting notes. So we started asking ourselves: - What if the work could be done almost as soon as the meeting finishes? - A client asks us to update a few slides in a PowerPoint? Sure—why not send the updated deck five minutes after the meeting? - They ask us to change the color of a button in the software we built? Why shouldn't they see the result that same afternoon? That's what we're trying to build with Gressio: a world where the context from a meeting doesn't live only in your memory, transcript, or notes—it carries directly into the actual work you deliver. We've also worked hard to make the experience smooth, especially for non-technical users. With Gressio, you can drag the files you're discussing into the meeting. It uses those files as context to improve the live transcript, correcting common transcription mistakes around names, terminology, and jargon. After the meeting, it turns the conversation into actionable tasks, organized by the files that need to be changed. We also understand how sensitive company files can be. That's why we designed Gressio to be local-first: your working files stay on your PC, and the originals are backed up before any changes are made.
