Hey Product Hunt πŸ‘‹ My name is Krish, and I've been obsessed with the world of investing since the day I turned 16, since then I've read countless books and watched thousands of hours of investing video interviews, and now, even though I'm no Warren Buffet, i love investing there's something so fascinating about the companies, the stocks, and seeing the inner workings of the organizations that build products that impact our lives so much every day, that's the curiosity that drove the teenager me to spend hours learning about them. I'm still so curious sometimes I use a product I love so much, and I would look up if I can buy the stock of the company, and if I'm getting a good deal I wanna know everything about the company. tho the excitement is quickly killed by the super, not user-friendly SEC website where I have to look up their annual fillings, then I have to look up who owns it, the charts, what the insiders are doing, typing the company name over and over again in google is so tiring that why I built greenlines, all you now have to do just search for a company and you get links to everything in one place + charts you don't have to worry about having 17 different tabs in your browser, it's gonna save you so much time if I learned anything from my years of investing in stocks don't move just cause of fundamentals, there are other things at play in, the industry they're in, how is the macro economic environment doing and so many other things. When I initially learned about this, I went online to look for sites where I might get them, and the first result was a Bloomberg terminal "oh wait, What's the price of that, by the way? 24,000 bucks per year? I could purchase an entire car with that!! multiple cars infact!!" But, thank God, you don't need all of the features to make a solid investment decision all you need is a few important data points, which I built right in. there's no need to leave this site, do all of your research in one tab with macroeconomic data and industry averages. I have incorporated notes to make taking notes while researching easier; give it a try for free! I guarantee you'll be able to save a lot of time! happy investing everyone! :)
