Free Chrome extension & mobile-friendly web app: Graspr surfaces what people actually said about the page and topic you’re reading across Hacker News, Reddit, X, GitHub, and Bluesky, plus related articles and videos. Read threads, articles, and videos in Graspr’s built-in reader without leaving the page. Highlight, take notes, sync everything to your web library or Notion, and get AI-curated digests on the topics you follow.

I was tired of tab hopping on the web and kept getting distracted from the topic i was researching on . Each page had ads, popups, cookie walls, banners. all of it hides the actual content and in the world where the attention span is so low, it was hard to be focused in the noise. All existing reader or read-later extensions were outdated, bad UI , same old interface. Reading was never supposed to be boring .
So I built Graspr around it to solve all these problems . Graspr is crafted to elevate the reading experience and be your ultimate reading companion. It has a reader, which is modern yet minimalistic and non distracting. built to work on modern web pages , where many readers fail. The biggest problem of existing reader tools was that most of them were built on Readability , which works great but fails on modern web pages where content lives in JS components not just HTML . A half content reader easily makes people lose trust . I built Graspr to minimise the content loss to a negligible point . Now Graspr reader shows JS components, images and their captions, all in a modern formatted UI , so you don't need to compromise on anything .
But the biggest problem it solves is not the reader, it's knowledge gap. It has a sidebar which intelligently understand what you are reading and shows you discussions on it from Reddit , Hacker News, X, Github, Bluesky ranked by relevance using AI. And the best thing is that you don't need to leave your page to read them. Graspr has an inbuilt thread reader which lets you read these posts with their comments inside the sidebar itself. so you don't get distracted by tab hopping . I have spent a lot of time in improving the thread results by introducing embedding and multi query generation to get most relevant threads. Graspr intelligently understands what you are reading and retrieve highly curated results on it for you.
And it doesn't only show threads, It shows youtube videos on the topic you are reading , which you can open right there and make notes on, and the notes get saved in the web app or you can connect Notion to save them there automatically .
Next is the articles , and this is the thing I love most. You don't need to search for more articles, blogs, newsletters and journals and fight with SEO spam and ads and all that. Graspr brings them on the topic you are reading , ranked by relevance using our personalised retrieval system. You can read them in our inbuilt sidebar reader with some customisation options or open it in our immersive reader for immersive reading features like focus mode, compare two articles side by side, read aloud when you don't want to read yourself, auto scroll and a lot of customisation to make it the way you like it .
You can highlight and add notes inside the articles and Everything syncs seamlessly to a mobile-friendly web app and your integrated app like Notion, letting you catch up on your saved items, highlights, and notes anywhere on your phone.
Also you can follow topics or sites you care about, and Graspr generates a smart, noise-free digest of top discussions and articles curated for you using AI, so you keep reading in your niche.
Every experience has been crafted to make reading interesting and understanding easy so that you don't get lost in the loop of procrastination and overwhelmed by distractions.
