Thanks a lot for the hunt, Jamie! 🙌 We're super excited to open-source the GraphQL Playground today. While working with GraphQL over the past two years, we've continuously tried to improve our development workflows - this is the result. When doing GraphQL development, it's essential to have a tool to easily test queries and mutations. With automatic schema discovery, autocomplete, the possibility to use headers and variables, this tool makes that really easy.

On top of that, code generation and even the possibility to test subscription makes this my number one tool for working with GraphQL queries, mutations and subscriptions.

The ability to share your playground with other team members with the click of a button makes the development workflow even more smooth.

Pros:

It's an invaluable tool in the GraphQL developer toolbox, and a major improvement over vanilla Graphiql.

Awesome work guys! It's been about time for a Graphiql on steroids.

This tool improves your GraphQl workflow drastically. With schema discovery and autocomplete you can test your GraphQl interface easily.

I can't find one.

I've been using GraphQL for about 6 months and I spend quite a lot of time inside GraphiQL. This takes GraphiQL to the next level. I'd also like to add - if you haven't, you should certainly check out all products by @graphcool

Chromeless was already really nice. This one is a must! I particularly like that you can use playground as a React component, will definitely use it in my personal developer webpage

Been using this within Graphcool for a while now and it's definitely been the best and most cleanly designed editor for GQL queries 💯
