Give every attendee an 'I'm attending' badge worth posting. Brand it in minutes; attendees add a photo and share a PNG, GIF or MP4. Photos never leave their device.
Which Vercel product did you use? What new capability did it give your team, and how did that shape the product you launched?

GotMyBadge gives an event its own badge page at its own address, like yourevent.gotmybadge.com. Attendees open it, add a photo and share an "I'm attending" badge. That address is really the whole product, and Vercel is what made it cheap enough to sell for 99 euros.
We host the site on Vercel, run the checkout and publish API as Functions, use Edge Middleware to send each wildcard subdomain to the right event, bought the domain through Vercel so *.gotmybadge.com worked without any DNS fiddling, and use Upstash Redis from the Marketplace as our only database. Deploying is a git push.
The thing that changed the product: a customer can pay, type a name and press Publish, and their page is live on its own subdomain right away. Our first version had us setting up every page by hand within a business day. Once the subdomain routing just worked, we removed that step and made the whole thing self-serve.
It's two of us. Vercel lets it feel like there's a proper team behind it.

Hi Product Hunt, Karthik here. Mona and I made GotMyBadge.
It started with a badge page Mona built for a conference she was running. Attendees kept posting their badges, and other organizers asked for something similar. We wanted to make that easy to set up for any event.
You choose your event's colors, add a logo or name, and get a link to put in your ticket confirmation or on your website. Attendees open it, add their photo, and download an “I'm attending” badge as a PNG, swinging GIF, or MP4.
We spent a lot of time on the badge itself: the woven lanyard, metal clip, layered cards, and small swing. The idea was to make something people would actually want to post.
Attendees don't need an account, and their photos stay in their browser.
You can try the badge maker free at gotmybadge.com. Your own event page is €99, paid once, with unlimited attendees, no watermark, an embed, and a download counter. It stays live for twelve months, and you can publish and update it yourself.
If you organize events, I'd love to hear how this would fit into your attendee emails or website. What's the first thing you'd want to change?

Hi, Mona here, I worked with Karthik on GotMyBadge. We wanted something people would actually want to post, that’s easy for organizers to share and keeps photos in the browser. Curious how you’d use this in your event comms.
