What do people think of GoSquared?
I live in GoSquared and simply couldn't nor wouldn't want to run my business any other way.
Thanks to this feature we noticed 26 actions taken by a user while they remained on the site, after reviewing the IP address we realized that a prior prospect was using our site for key information. We immediately engaged them. That led to a meeting and within a month we are now finalizing an MSA to close the deal.

I've been an on and off long time customer of GoSquared but have use solidly for the last 18 months or so, and I love what they do - be that the product, their outlook, the customer service. I've given them a lot of feedback but never been made to feel like I'm being a pain and this is because the GS team really want their product to be right and work for you. Let me mention pricing which is always a factor in these things. I've used GS for startups when you don't want to spend any money and I've used GS across varying pricing structures and I actually think they've hit quite a good sweet spot. Is it expensive to a startup or freelancer? Probably, but that will be initial concern. Bite the bullet because what you get it's so very much worth it. This is the last bit of paid for software I would remove from my sites / business and I don't even use the full abilities.
Been using GoSquared for almost 2 years now and Assistant was a delight when it popped into beta. We initially signed up for analytics, got hooked by live chat, and Assistant brings more customisable features to the lead capture and live chat solution that's already a force to be reckoned with. I wouldn't dream of switching to anything else.
Basically, GoSquared or go home.
The analytics alone are great - far easier to get an overall idea about your visitors compared to something like Google Analytics. In GoSquared your users are actual people, in Google Analytics they feel more like just a number.
