You might think "it's already a ton of ATSs out there, do we really need another one? 🥱" Here is my approach to it... First, many companies still use Excel to track their candidates. And I am sure, there is an opportunity for any new product to find an audience in this niche. Also, the large number of competitors tells about the market itself. It must be big enough to feed them all. The last, but not least, reason why I started this project is the EXECUTION. We all have own preferences - design style, colors 🌈, workflow ⚙️, etc. This is why we have so many car manufacturers, for example. The same applies to IT products - execution and their own unique style mean a lot! Make a product that excels ⭐ and you'll find a niche in any market! This is what I tried to achieve.
