Downloaded the app and completed the first quest, really love the idea of having a storyline that you are guided through which is super easy to follow rather than just a boring app that just makes you write down your goals and habits on a calendar. Thank you!

Just a heads-up: our app is free to sign up and use, allowing you to do pretty much everything in the app for free. However, for those wanting to take their self-improvement journey to the next level, we do offer a premium subscription. For example, in our free plan, there are limits on the number of goals and habits you can set. Also, with the free plan, you can automatically plan a single day's worth of meals or workouts. Premium subscribers, on the other hand, have access to specialized meal plans (e.g., high iron or protein plans) and the ability to plan for multiple days at once :)

@le_viet204 We wanted to make reaching your goals and tackling those boring or tough tasks, like writing down and ticking off goals and habits, more fun and achievable. Our aim is to make you do something that progresses you towards your goals every day, rather than getting a big spike in motivation and putting in a bunch of effort one day then skipping a lot of days until you have time to do something again, then doing another massive effort etc. So, we incorporated goal-setting, habit-building techniques, productivity / behavioural science research and life coach techniques into an engaging storyline to keep things interesting. Although we realise the storyline / design may not be for everyone we hope some people will find it useful in keeping them engaged. We’re definitely keen to hear any other feedback you have, and we really do appreciate you giving it a try - Thank you!

@mashy Thank you so much! Our earlier version (end of last year) was more of a productivity tool, and we noticed people would browse around on the first day but then drop off. So, we brainstormed ways to make it more engaging and better at supporting people through they self-improvement journeys (without making them feel overwhelmed). At the beginning of this year, we introduced the turtle and a basic version of a coach. Suddenly, people started sticking around longer, sending us positive feedback, and posting reviews. That was awesome! But the initial coaching was pretty basic and only lasted 3-4 days. So, we decided to turn it into a full program to help users take small steps every day to achieve their goals.
