I wanted to see how far Claude Code could go. So I said "build me a game." It did. Then I said "make it addictive." It added combos, power-ups, and something called FRENZY MODE that I definitely didn't spec. Then I said "add sound." It synthesized audio from scratch using Web Audio API. No sound files. It literally generated sine waves and called it a soundtrack. Then I said "ship it." It wrote the GitHub Actions workflow, set up Cloudflare analytics, generated an OG image, and pushed to production. Then I said "make it go viral." It wrote my LinkedIn post for me. In a parody tech bro voice. I posted it. People clicked. At no point did I open a design tool, write a CSS file from scratch, or Google "how to deploy to GitHub Pages." I just kept saying "now do this" like a product manager who discovered unlimited engineering budget. The game itself is actually good though: - Words fall, you type, you panic - Combo system that goes up to FRENZY MODE (the screen literally turns pink) - Power words: type SLOW and everything goes into bullet time - Daily challenge — same words for everyone, like Wordle for typing speed - Difficulty adapts to how badly you're doing (it noticed) Total development time: one evening + one AI agent that doesn't sleep. Is this the future of software? I don't know. But my game has better sound design than most MVP SaaS products and I didn't write a single oscillator node by hand.
