I'm excited to share GLPPal.
The idea came from watching people close to me use GLP-1 medications. My mum is on a GLP-1 medication as part of her weight loss journey, and my brother's wife is too. Seeing the positive impact these medications can have also made me realise there wasn't a simple app built specifically to help people stay consistent and track their progress.
So I built GLPPal alongside real users from day one. Every feature has been shaped by feedback from people actually using GLP-1 medications, not assumptions.
GLPPal helps you track injections, weight, body measurements, progress photos and milestones in one place, making it easier to stay motivated throughout your journey.
This is a product I'm genuinely passionate about because I've seen first-hand how life-changing these medications can be when people stay consistent and can clearly see their progress.

Finally an app that feels built for the actual GLP-1 experience instead of a generic fitness tracker. Love that I can log my injection site alongside my weekly weigh-in without toggling between three different tools.

love that it skips the social feed and community clutter most trackers pile on. tracking just injections, weight, and measurements without all the noise feels like the right call for something this personal.
