GlossBook is the elegant booking and client platform built for makeup artists, hairstylists and estheticians.
Tried it out for a quick test booking and was honestly impressed by how clean the interface feels. The client intake form is super specific to beauty services too, which saves a ton of back-and-forth.
It would be really helpful to have a feature that lets clients upload reference photos directly with their booking. Makeup artists and hairstylists could preview the look ahead of time and prep better before the appointment.
Finally a booking tool that does not feel like it was designed for dentists. Love how clean the artist profiles look and the client intake form actually asks the right questions about skin type and preferences.
One thing that would really help me as a client is an option to add specific notes or inspiration photos when booking an appointment, so my stylist knows exactly what look I'm going for before I walk in.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in client intake form that captures skin type, allergies, and preferred looks before the appointment, so artists walk in already prepared and clients don't have to repeat themselves every time.
Would love to see a built-in feature that lets artists upload a mood board or inspo photo set per appointment so clients can reference it when they book. Honestly that's the part I always end up doing over DMs and it gets messy kind of fast.
