There definitely is a niche who is eagerly waiting for this and many similar games. I have a friend whose hobby is to explore places on google map, and is a geography pro by all means. Will introduce to him. And I will try to test my own geography knowledge too, while I am at it! 😅 All the best!

The game sounds super fun! Quick question tho - do you need to be a geography expert to enjoy it? I know a bit about places, but not a pro. Also, does it have multiplayer options? Thanks and good luck!

@josephwalkeri No, you don't need to be an expert for sure! Playing the game should help you level up as you begin to learn where exactly countries fall on the world map. Also, I don't have a multiplayer option yet. Are you thinking about a timed PvP battle of who can complete the challenge first?

Hello Product Hunter! 👋 I’m Arnav, the developer of Globe Golf. How many of you are fans of daily games like Wordle and Connections? I am a huge fan! (I have completed over 400 Wordles rarely missing a day 😆) Globe Golf is a fusion of the daily challenge concept with geography trivia. Every day, players get two countries which they have to connect using land borders by identifying the countries that lie in between them. The selected countries are visualized on a 3D rendering of the world map. 🌏 The goal is to take fewer “shots” than the “par” score to complete the challenge, where each intermediary country selected counts as a “shot.” 🏌 After completing the daily challenge, users can also opt to play the bonus challenge or unlock the unlimited feature if they want to play more rounds without waiting for the next day. The statistics screen has also been coded for users to check and compare their performance with others! 📈 I hope you all enjoy Globe Golf as much as I loved bringing its concept to life.
