Hi Product Hunt 👋 We are Aref and Dani, co-founders of GlobalMatch. We built GlobalMatch because too many hiring decisions still begin with CV keywords. That creates two problems: Strong candidates are often overlooked because their real experience, communication, and problem-solving ability are not visible in a resume. and also they can't apply to all jobs on the market because it takes too much time. Hiring teams spend hours screening applications without enough evidence to understand who is actually worth interviewing and who used chatgpt to write the CV and have right keywords. GlobalMatch replaces early CV guessing with one structured AI interview. Candidates upload their resume, complete a structured interview, and receive an evidence-linked profile with role matches and development recommendations. Hiring teams can review structured scores, summaries, and the exact quotes and timestamps behind them. A key principle for us is simple: AI can structure and rank the evidence, but a human makes the hiring decision. GlobalMatch does not automatically reject candidates. Dani here, CTO, I built the pipeline Aref is describing, so let me add the part under the hood.

On his question about trust: our answer was to make every score traceable. No skill gets a number without a quote and a timestamp attached. Each competency is evaluated separately rather than asking one model for an overall impression, because "7/10 communication" means nothing if you can't see the three moments that produced it.

The other constraint was EU-first. Everything runs on EU infrastructure, GDPR-native, and we designed against the EU AI Act's high-risk requirements from day one rather than retrofitting later. Human decides, always.
