Solving the delivery issue is the other big piece. FedEx/UPS store often preferable to work.

As for the FedEx/UPS delivery logistics... we recommended subscribers use their work/business addresses as their default shipping address because there's usually someone available to sign.
FedEx and UPS also make delivery attempts on Saturdays if the weekends are more convenient.
Our customer service mantra is to make the deliveries as smooth as humanly possible.
