This platform is a joke, not a review community. They favour positive reviews only and clean up the undesirable ones. In the company I used to work for, it took one email form our PR manager to clean up the company profile which went from 2.7 to 4.3 in 2 days. The low reviews "were suspicious" while those written by management are still up xD Hearing about this I went in and posted my own review - no strong language, just some facts - that one went against their "community guidelines" - a topic about which they've failed to be transparent. If I ever have to use a similar product, it will be any other but theirs.
