@srikanthch10 As of now our system aims to deliver a set of analytics that include. 1. Time to customer 2. Engagement duration on product information. 3. Validated customer feedback and ratings. 4. Out-links / CTR 5. Repeat customers. (Imagine that could work even for biscuits) :)

Glass was designed to address one of the most critical requirements of the industry at this point. Amidst the 2020 pandemic supply chain and markets have been totally been redefined. While the crippling situation with supply chain management is getting worse every day with more and more things getting affected from chips to coal. The way customers perceive, understand and respond to marketing and brands have also taken a great shift from what it used to be in the pre-pandemic years. Customers began to choose brands more and more based on the trust and relationship they had with them than based on many other parameters. Brands are also making a much greater effort to engage the customers with their stories, information and consistency as a brand. The fundamental issue with this is the lack of transparency and validation in the supply-chain system and within the post-sales environment. Glass solves the absolute lack of post-sales analytics in consumer goods, a steep disadvantage in consumer goods compared to digital goods where the companies get real-tile and comprehensive feedback. Using the solution will allow brands to confidently observe, plan and work with their market and supply chains as Glass uses state of the art cryptographic and blockchain technology to provide validated post-sales analytics and feedback from the market directly into a easy to understand graphical dashboard. Glass's chat interface acts as an universal portal that is understood by every internet user and enables a brands to deliver information, warranty and support for the products directly from the brand to the customer.
