Keep an eye on GitHub projects you maintain or care about with GitHub Notifier for Chrome, each new pull request, issue or release will trigger a Chrome notification, with a quick link to open it up in your browser and brief details such as the title and author!

@frankdilo not yet, but this is a feature I'm working on implementing!
Being notified on both issue and pull request comments is certainly something that's important to capture.
