WireDoctor is a runtime diagnostic tool for Spring Boot. Add one dependency and it hooks into your app's real, resolved ApplicationContext at startup, no server, no dashboard. It shows beans on your startup critical path, catches cycles Spring silently tolerates, flags beans that cost startup time but are never used, and catches silent autoconfig changes across Boot upgrades. In CI: commit a baseline, fail the PR that adds a new cycle or a startup regression. Boot 2.7-4.1.x, Java 17/21/25.
