GitGui puts a real git app in your terminal window, next to your coding agent. I got tired of jumping to another app every time I wanted to see the commit graph, stage a hunk, or write a commit message while Pi was still running. It feels like Sourcetree but lives in the same pane layout as your agent. Review diffs, commit and push, switch branches, and watch changes appear as you work. No separate window, no context switch.
