Hi PH! This is a small side project of mine while I'm in between jobs. While I was on the hunt for remote jobs, I ran into a stark difference in companies - those that localized pay and those who didn't. I heard from a few companies after multiple rounds of interviews that the comp range they gave me initially would be cut by 20% due to my location. I just accepted an offer with a company that doesn't localize, but I wasted a lot of time with a bunch that did. While this is just a job board to help folks find companies that don't localize - I can't help but say that I feel like where you live shouldn't matter.
