Hi Product Hunt — I’m Nishan, the founder of Giblet. Businesses sign important documents every day, but after signing, those files are downloaded, renamed, emailed, stored, copied and handed between people and systems. Months or years later, a simple question can become difficult to answer: Is this the actual final signed version, and has it changed? Giblet creates an independent, tamper-evident proof record of the final signed document. Later, the document can be checked against that proof record to confirm whether it is the exact version originally recorded. Giblet is not trying to replace e-signature platforms. It adds a separate verification layer for documents people may need to rely on long after signing, including: contracts and supplier agreements; leases and property documents; board approvals and governance records; employment documents; wills, insurance records and other important personal documents. Giblet does not prove that the contents of a document are truthful or legally valid. It proves whether the document presented later matches the version originally recorded. I’d especially value feedback on: Is the problem immediately clear? Which business or legal workflows would benefit most from independent document verification? What would you need to trust and adopt a product like this?
