Ghostline is an ephemeral messaging platform built for conversations that shouldn’t exist forever. Create a room → share a link → chat instantly → everything disappears. No signup. No history. No stored messages. Unlike WhatsApp or Slack, Ghostline is designed for: • sharing temporary credentials or tokens • quick debugging sessions • short-lived team discussions • private conversations without data persistence Just open, chat, and disappear.

Hey everyone 👋
I built Ghostline because I kept running into the same problem:
Not every conversation needs to exist forever.
Whether it was sharing API keys, debugging with someone, or sending quick sensitive info — everything ends up stored somewhere (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).
So I built a simple alternative:
• no signup
• instant rooms
• messages auto-delete
• rooms self-destruct
One interesting thing I noticed while testing:
People actually behave differently when there’s no history — conversations become faster and more direct.
I’m still refining the product, so I’d really love feedback on:
1. Would you trust something like this for real use?
2. What would make it part of your daily workflow?
3. What’s missing?
Appreciate any thoughts 🙏
