πŸš€ Hey, Product Hunt community! I'm Alex, the Product Manager at GetESP – a free tool designed to make your email sending smarter. Have you ever wondered why some emails go to spam while others land in the inbox? ESP Matching is a key. πŸ’‘ What is ESP Matching? It’s a strategy that improves email deliverability by matching your sending ESP to your recipient’s ESP (e.g., Gmail β†’ Gmail, Outlook β†’ Outlook). This approach helps ensure emails land in the inbox rather than the spam folder. πŸ’― Why does this matter? βœ… Higher inbox placement – Gmail & Outlook more trust emails sent from their own servers. βœ… Better authentication – Avoid SPF, DKIM & DMARC issues, which can cause emails from different ESPs to be rejected or marked as suspicious. βœ… Faster email delivery – Emails sent within the same ESP have lower latency and faster processing, ensuring they reach recipients without unnecessary delays. ✨ How GetESP Works: βœ… Upload & Analyze – Upload your email list, and our tool will detect the ESP for each email and identify any spam protection tools in use. βœ… Segment by ESP – Get a report showing each email's ESP, then segment it by ESP and spam protection tools. βœ… Send Smarter – Use the segmented list to send emails from the same ESP as your recipient to improve trust and inbox placement. 🎯 Whether you're running cold outreach, marketing campaigns, or transactional emails – ESP Matching can help you reach more people. I would love to hear your thoughts! Drop any questions or feedback in the comments. Let's chat. πŸ”₯

Hey everyone! πŸ‘‹

I’m excited to launch GetESP.io today! πŸš€

The idea behind this tool is simple: cold email deliverability depends on knowing where your emails are going.

With GetESP.io, you can:

βœ… Identify the ESP (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) of your leads

βœ… Detect spam protection tools that might block your emails

βœ… Segment & prioritize your sending for better inbox placement and response rates

We built this tool to save you time, reduce costs, and improve email deliverability.

I’d love to hear from you if you have any questions or feedback!

Thanks for checking us out! πŸ™Œ

Thanks a lot!

This is an interesting concept that definitely addresses a very real and frustrating challenge for marketers. Does this tool actually facilitate the sending of emails from the different identified ESPs? Or is it pointing out which ESPs are most prevalent in your list and then it’s up to you to secure an email address of your own for each ESP and send from that email address? If the latter, how do you automate this process and/or weave it into existing marketing automation tools like Braze?

Hi, Seth!

GetESP is pointing out ESPs / Spam protection tools in your email list.

Some bulk mailing apps have this automated functionality, but we can't be sure how correctly it works :)

The more precise and best way is to segment your list manually by ESP. Yeah, it takes some time, but you can be sure you're doing it right, and it doesn't take much time at all.

Looks great guys! Shared with a few agencies I've been working with, looks super useful.
