GetColors turns one base color into a complete, ready-to-use design system. Unlike simple palette generators, it builds structured UI tokens for real interfaces. You get: • Light & dark mode variants • Accessible contrast-aware combinations • Semantic tokens (background, surface, primary, accent, text) • Live UI preview (buttons, cards, states) • Production-ready CSS variables Built for developers who ship fast and want consistency without design guesswork
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Enzo, and I built getcolors.dev with my friend @jeanmarcellm. This is our first public launch.
While building SaaS projects, we kept hitting the same problem: picking a primary color is easy, but turning it into a consistent, usable color system is not.
So we built GetColors.
It:
• Takes a single base color
• Generates a structured UI color system
• Supports light & dark mode
• Outputs production-ready CSS variables
It’s built for developers who want consistency without spending hours tweaking shades manually.
We’re still early and would genuinely love your feedback.
What would make this more useful for you?
Thanks for checking it out 🚀
